How We Deliver Superior Service

STEP 1: On Site Survey

A Statewide Staffing consultant will visit your location to learn more about your clinical and business needs. Our consultant will conduct a site survey, interview unit managers and discuss logistics with your staff, so our nurses can "hit the ground running" when they report for duty. During this initial meeting, we will also provide you with the licenses and insurance required by state and federal regulations.

STEP 2: Assignment of Staff

Once our recruiters understand your needs, they assign candidates who best fit your facility's profile.

STEP 3: Testing & Verification of Staff

All candidates must complete:

  • Skills assessment
  • Testing
  • License verification
  • Drug screening
  • Criminal background investigation
  • Health and TB tests
  • Reference check
  • Mandatory in-services
  • Compliance with OSHA and JCAHO standards
  • Ongoing records maintenance by our on-staff nurse managers

STEP 4: Orientation & Evaluation

Once hired, all employees participate in an orientation program to enable them to work efficiently from the first day. In addition, all staff are evaluated regularly.
