401(k) Retirement Plan

For eligible employees, Branch Banking & Trust provides a 401(k) retirement plan for employees who have worked a minimum of one month and have attained the age of 18. You are eligible to enter the Plan the first of the following month. You may contribute up to 25% of your gross pay on a pre-tax basis, greatly reducing your taxable income. In addition, the first 6% of your contributions will be matched by a Statewide Staffing company contribution of 50 cents for every dollar contributed. Prior service counts for eligibility and vesting.

Medical Insurance

For eligible employees, CareFirst’s BlueChoice health plan allows you to choose coverage that meets your needs and budget. Receive health care services from a regional network of physicians, specialists, and hospitals, and a wide range of benefits including preventive care and health education, routine services, outpatient surgery, pediatric care, gynecological care and more. With predictable co-pays and a significant contribution toward your monthly premium from Statewide Staffing, you don’t need to worry whether or not you can afford to obtain health care.

Dental and Vision Insurance

For eligible employees, as a member of the CareFirst BlueChoice plan, receive dental coverage underwritten and administered by The Dental Network (TDN). You’ll have access to routine preventive care whenever you need it with little paperwork and no claim form to file. Vision coverage is provided through Davis Vision, Inc. For a small co-pay, benefit from routine eye examinations and discounts on eyeglass lenses and frames or contact lenses. Medical eye care is covered under the medical insurance plan.
